Vango Halo Tent

The new Vango Halo is a unique, semi-geodesic design, made to withstand the weather and retain structural strength.

Benefitting from a very swift approximate pitching time of ten minutes, the Halo is a convenient flysheet-first adventure tent. Boasting a weight of only 4kg (for the 3 person Halo 300), the tent is ideal for Duke of Edinburgh expeditions.

In the picture above, you can see the detail of the semi-geodesic design. Unlike the standard dome or geodesic -dome tent (see the Sigma 300, for example) the three-pole configuration introduces an innovative porch area with groundsheet base.

The flysheet has front and rear doors, and the flysheet door can be partially opened as a vent.

The poles are Powerlite Alloy; made to deal both with corrosion and environmental resistance. More lightweight than steel and stronger than fibreglass.

The Vango Halo 200 and 300 are brand new this year and are the perfect adventure tents for Spring and Summer.
